Return of your MAROA purchase (s) is accepted on items within 14 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, washed or in any way altered. All tags must remain in place. Once the clothing tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.
No refunds on sales items.
Exchange is unfortunately not possible at the moment. If you want to exchange your item, you need to return it and make a new purchase. Thank you for understanding.

When returning your purchase, you need to include a copy of your original invoice.
We also recommend using a tracked delivery for your returned parcel, as MAROA cannot be held responsible for any shipping costs related to returns or any loss of items during shipping.
