Trysil is located 2,5 hours drive north of the capital Oslo, close to the Swedish border. The area is very popular both among Norwegians and tourists with an extensive cabin area on both sides of the huge Trysil mountain. You can choose between different dog sledding tours in the Trysil area. Either a day-trip or at night-trip with headlamps, in the high mountains in Elvdalen/Snerta or in the great nature of Fageråsen. You will always be a small group with a private atmosphere. They offer tours spending from around 1 hour to about 5-6 hours. Some of the tours are also suitable for children.
